Well we seem to have received a great deal of attention... We have decided we will make an open records request to properly detail an email exchange which was passed our way. The use of email to conduct Town business is against the Open Meetings Act, and actually forms what is known as a "rolling quorum". Personal email exchanges have come up in the past week on both the Town and School sides, there should be clear policy against the use of personal email for any Town decisions.
